appear so confident? Take a good look and see what it is that’s making the difference.
Think of your magic words and run them through your head over and over again as you stare at this perfectly confident version of yourself.
Now imagine yourself walking straight towards that cinema screen and MELTING into it. Once you’ve passed through the screen, imagine yourself TAKING OVER that confident version of yourself that you’ve been looking at.

Now allow the light to spread through your feet to your legs, through your entire body, relaxing you as it goes.
Once your body is relaxed, pay close attention to your breathing. Breathe in deeply for a few seconds, hold the air in your lungs and then slowly release it. As you release the air, imagine that you’re also breathing out all your worries. Then take another deep breath and repeat 20 times.
Now, imagine a gigantic cinema screen in front of you. On that screen is YOU, looking the most confident you’ve ever been. Why do you ap

You will need your magic words for this conjuring, or you can use the ones I suggested earlier in the chapter.
    ‘I am confident and brave’
    OR
‘I decide what I think about myself, not other people’.
