There comes a time in life when one is under the distinct impression that she knows everything there is to learn. I am fortunate that my learning process began at a young age, and at this very moment, I continue to evolve – to learn. I have only come this far by humbling myself and realizing that I do not know everything. I must continue to live through every blow that life throws at me; and every heartbreak that is to be endured. There is no way to get around any of it, but to learn from all of it. Herein lies the essence of “Beginner’s Mind”.
