This book is a parody of the serious philosophical work of Kahlil Gibran titled The Prophet. The author has used the story of a wandering Prophet from the East as a vehicle to present a number of his CLEARLY STATED newspaper columns as though he were postulating on a number of life’s lessons on a variety of subjects. Real events in politics, business, and life in general are interspersed with tongue in cheek humor, or pathos, and includes autobiographical experiences that form part of the journey. Any expectations that the author is an actual prophet would be a mistake, even by the most astute and hopeful reader.
