There are various factors to our health and well-being, which are physical, mental and emotional health. Oftentimes, one overlooks spiritual wellness; it is an essential part of one’s overall wellness. Wellness from the mind is transferred to the body, the narrative here is targeted towards improving the quality of life to be in good health and enjoy life while here on Earth.
I have written this book to encourage readers to enjoy their lives without worries of any kind. I have utilized known instances and my own experiences to encourage people to see the obstacles they may face in their lives and overcome them. Maintaining good health is essential, if you or someone you know is ill, there are sections therein that could help to receive their wholeness.
