Anxiety, depression, a drinking problem, eating disorder, and an attempt to end my life— they are all part of my story. But they do not define who I am.
What does define me is the fact that I am creating a beautiful life for myself despite all of this, because I decided to stop playing the victim and start taking responsibility.
I changed my life and I want to help you change yours too. That is my reason for writing this book — sharing my strength, hope and experience.
