The pinnacle of human health and strength, Birch is considered the strongest human to have ever existed, though his strength is rarely seen in public. A humble and helpful man, Birch spends his days kindly training others, hosting charity events, tending to his farm, and running his gym, The Heaviest Lifters. However, his peaceful life rapidly goes downhill as one unfortunate event happens after the other. Suffering through grief and pain, Birch tries to continue forward with a smile, determined to maintain his image, as many admire him and look up to him as their role model. Still smiling, Birch ends up meeting Dr. Kronos Nephus, but he struggles to stay positive as he and the seemingly villainous man clash morally.
