Use Empathy Maps after any organizational changes to help you identify how you might be helpful and demonstrate your interest in learning.

Ask each partner to capture the projects or features in the backlog on Post-its.
Place Post-its on the grid according to how ambitious the team should be with each.
Analyze any deltas that show up on the matrix
