We have been placed between two powerful influences. One is in control of the world, its people, its governments, and its economies. It is a powerful, effectual monopoly that controls most of our daily life. Thank the Lord God Almighty it is temporary. It has a beginning and it will have an end. Its impact on the average person is immense and few dare to penetrate its powers of resistance. The trickery and manipulation of God’s creation through the perversion of the wonderful blessings of pure Christian love, is comprehensive. Satan has been a defeated foe for the last two thousand years, but it’s hard to tell by what’s going on in this world today. The concept of “lie about everything,” so we wouldn’t know the truth if we heard it, is very effective and has many taking sides against each other over philosophical differences that amount to the same conclusion: “This world revolves around the power of Satan.”
