Urban Legends are common amongst the teens of New Jersey. All across the state there are tales of ghost's that haunt the streets or woods of the area. It's a rite of passage when once get's their license to go with friends and visit the sites, hoping to see a ghost, hoping for a story to tell their classmates. It's all fun, a good scare, and a few laughs later. But what if something more sinister is lurking these sites? What if it's not the ghost that you have to worry about?
After surviving an almost fatal injury during her last case, Kirsa Heinrich is back to being the Assistant Director of OPIA, an agency that protects as well as punishes those in the paranormal community. She is hoping to ease back into her job but when she is contacted about bodies showing up at Urban Legend sites, Kirsa is intrigued. It might not fall under OPIA's jurisdiction, but as a Medium she could help the police by communicating with the dead. However, the killer they are dealing with isn't ready to be found. Each killing is different from the last, each victim unique. Can Kirsa and her team figure out the clues before the killer starts honing in on someone close to her?
