    Know yourself well enough to be honest with yourself and those around you. This concept becomes even more crucial when we talk about bringing the soul back into business, but it is also important in manifesting our creativity, for we want to fully align what we are asking for on an unconscious level with what we request on a conscious level. Otherwise, when we become better at using our creative energy, we might re-create what our unconscious minds have kept in denial.

    The ability to flow and stay centered is the key to positive change. The key to staying centered in the midst of fear and chaos is to know yourself: to know your boundaries, beliefs about right and wrong, and personal ethics. To stay in a place of integrity and speak your truth is what is needed, and to be compassionate with yourself and with the world around you.
