The Scrum Master – the Scrum master is like a project leader or coordinator that keeps things in order

Each team is represented by a team leader and these report to Scrum masters

Members of the team may range from 5 to 10 and each member may be in charge of analysis, designing, developing, testing, and documentation and so on
