The sons of a rich Colorado business man and the local sheriff die from a drug overdose. The business man and a local sheriff, seek revenge against known and suspected drug dealers by killing them. The sheriff does the killing and the rich man pays the sheriff $10,000.00 for each dealer killed. The first eight young men killed were involved in drug distribution and selling of drugs but the 9th person killed had nothing to do with drugs and was the grandson of the local mafia Godfather. Who now seeks his own revenge against the rich man and the sheriff. The Godfather hires a private investigator who sets both the rich man and the sheriff via a deceptive fictional con. The sheriff ends up being charged with murder and goes to court. The sheriff beats the courts but does not beat the Godfather.
