Scrolling social media, for example, can feel like a treat or relaxing activity, but often only stresses and tires you out further. If your work takes place on screens, spend your breaks away from screens; if your work is mostly seated, spend your breaks walking or napping; if your work is mostly done alone, spend your breaks connecting socially.
