Armida Publications

Established in 1995, ARMIDA is a multiple award-winning independent publisher based in Nicosia, Cyprus.

We publish intelligent contemporary fiction and distinguished non-fiction of the highest standard, by both local and international authors, with a focus on the Eastern Mediterranean region.

ARMIDA has been publishing great books since 1995 and the rich diversity of its home base has defined its mission statement which is to “bring the best of Eastern Mediterranean literature and culture to a wider audience”.

We offer the diasporas a slice of home and we are bridging the language gap of younger generations with their homelands. In addition, our titles represent a brand new voice in the English literary scene, as this region’s literature, though very exciting and entertaining, is under-represented.

ARMIDA is a founding member of the Cyprus Publishers Association, and an active member of both the Independent Publishers Guild (UK) and the Independent Book Publishers Association (USA).
