Miranda Miller

I've lived in Italy, Libya, Saudi Arabia and Japan and now live in North London with my husband, a musician. I have a daughter and two stepchildren and in addition to writing I teach at the Courtauld Institute, where I have a Fellowship from the Royal Literary Fund. So far I have published seven novels, a book of short stories about Saudi Arabia called A Thousand and One Coffee Mornings and a book of interviews with homeless women and politicians. At the moment I'm writing the third volume of my Bedlam Trilogy, which is called King of the Vast. The first two novels, Nina in Utopia (2010) and The Fairy Visions of Richard Dadd (2013) were published by Peter Owen. All three novels explore the links between madness and art and the main characters in each travel to 21st century London. King of the Vast will be published by Peter Owen in 2016. I welcome feedback from readers.
