If there is anything that Darren Williams has learned in his lifetime it is not to knock anything before trying it. He used to scoff at the thought of practicing yoga and wonder why his sister was so dedicated to it. It was when he had a one on one conversation with her that he realized the many benefits that you could get from the practice of yoga. He also learned why it was practiced as well. It was not just a bunch of stretches and body bends just for the fun of it. As Darren learned about yoga and started to practice it himself he became interested in sharing all that he had learned with others. He started to compile a book that would help others to understand the basic tenets of yoga. He also outlined a few basic poses that the reader can try and see just how beneficial the process can be in the long run.
