Dalia Rosenfeld is an American writer, editor, and translator. She is the author of numerous works of fiction, including The Worlds We Think We Know (2017), which received the 2019 Choice Award for the Sami Rohr Prize in Jewish Literature.
Dalia Rosenfeld obtained B.A. In Jewish Studies from Oberlin College in 1994 and her MFA in fiction writing from the University of Iowa in 1998.
Her short stories have appeared in the Atlantic, AGNI, Michigan Quarterly Review, Mississippi Review, Colorado Review, and Salmagundi.
Dalia Rosenfeld is best known for a collection of short stories, The Worlds We Think We Know, called "A profound debut from a writer of great talent" by New York Times–bestselling author Adam Johnson.
Rosenfeld's works were supported by a grant from the Artist Committee of the Israeli Ministry of Immigrant Absorption. She has received numerous awards, including the Tobias Wolff Award for Fiction and the Mississippi Review Prize.
She is currently completing a novel, Memorial to Venus.
Dalia Rosenfeld teaches writing at Bar Ilan University and lives with her three children in Tel Aviv.
