Absolutely everything that has ever been, currently is, or will ever be is built from energy. That being said, it is also constantly moving, ebbing, flowing, and pulsating at all times. Energy is even in the space in between things. Even though you cannot see an object in a certain space, which does not mean that there is not one there and that's it is without energy. In fact, every single square inch of the entire universe is full of energy. It is in every space in the entire universe, it has always been there, and it will always be there. Energy can neither be created nor destroyed.

Because that is true for absolutely every single human who has ever existed, as well as every single animal, plant, and inanimate object that has ever existed, that means that everything in the known universe is made up of the same thing: energy. That connects us in a way so deeply that we literally cannot yet fathom the power that comes with this Unity. Because we already understand that things that happened inside of our bodies affect ourselves and our brain and other parts of our body, it's can be logically extrapolated that our energy can and does affect other people, animals, and things Energies. And because all of the things that surround us are then connected to the things around them, it could be argued that there can be a butterfly effect that's any change in us can have an effect on the energy completely on the other side of the Earth. Logically, that also means that our presence in the universe is connected to every single other thing in the universe, therefore it ripples out and affects the rest of the universe.
