Fernanda Capobianco is the founder of Vegan Divas Bakery in New York City. Previously a manager and owner of the Payard restaurant and pastry shops in Rio de Janeiro, Fernanda translated her classic pastry skills into plant-based prowess, using healthy, organic, and fresh ingredients to create delectable desserts, sandwiches, and breakfast items at her café. Vegan Divas has been featured in publications such as the New York Times, Vogue, New York magazine, People, and Martha Stewart Weddings, and is a favorite of many vegan (and vegan-leaning) celebrities, including Alicia Silverstone, Madonna, and Bethenny Frankel. Fernanda lives with her husband, pastry chef François Payard, in New York City.
