Laura Greenwood is a USA Today bestselling author known for her paranormal romance, urban fantasy, and romance. She specializes in quick reads with healthy relationships and consensual moments.
Laura graduated from Aston University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Modern Languages (French). She spent six months at Deutsche Bank's Paris office in her third year. She wrote a 6000-word dissertation on French pastry during her final year.
As a full-time writer, Laura writes almost every day and can produce up to 15,000 words daily. She plans her stories in advance. She knows where she's going before she starts. This dedication allows her to publish many books each year.
"If it has my name on the cover, then I did an equal share of the writing," she says. "No AI is used to write any part of my books. I have far too many ideas and take far too much joy in writing to let anyone else near doing it for me!"
Many of her books feature LGBTQ+ protagonists. She has written about asexual, bisexual, pansexual, and LGBTQ+ characters across various series. Her works include characters like Amanda and Darius in Finding Answers For Confused Succubi from the Obscure Academy series, who are both asexual. She also writes sapphic romances, as seen in her co-authored Purple Oasis series with Arizona Tape, featuring couples like Reese and Annabelle in Witch’s Lesson.
Laura lives in Hull, England, and sets most of her books in the UK.
