Grace Vassallo

Grace Vassallo grew up in the western suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. She has practiced hairdressing since the age of 17. A lifelong dream of being the person that can help people feel amazing about themselves through their hair, she has run a few salons and has a successful business of her own that continues to run today.
She has a Diploma in Life Coaching, NLP Practitioner Certification, Extended DISC Behavioural Profiling system Consultant, Grace learned the specific skills to teach other salon professionals how to create an extraordinary life using their business as the vehicle.
She created her business Behind The Hair as a tribute to hairdressers and salon owners who are looking for something more and know they can create life as a salon professional just as they had dreamed about it in the very beginning and reap the rewards.
Grace is a mum of 2 girls, Angelina 3 and Sofia 8 months. These days Grace is still servicing a few exclusive clients from home whilst coaching and mentoring home salon
owners to fast track their salon success.
