Gesine Bullock-Prado is a baker and writer living in the green mountains of Vermont. She and her husband are the proud adoptive parents to three hounds and four chickens. They are currently in the middle of the restoration of a 215-year-old tavern and have already converted the carriage house into Gesine’s commercial bakery.
