Janice Daugharty

Janice Daugharty is artist in residence at Abraham Baldwin Agriculture College, in Tifton, Georgia. Her latest novel, "Two Shades of Morning," is now available, in ebook and print, at most online and traditional book stores, as well as libraries. This is Daugharty's tenth published novel. She wrote for ten years without publishing a single short story or novel, then finally captured the attention of Joyce Carol Oates with a story accepted for Ontario Review Press. That same year, 1995, Ontario Press published a story collection by Daugharty, immediately followed by her first novel, "Dark of the Moon." The New York Times Book Review featured both books at once with overwhelming praise. Later, in 1996, Hallmark purchased the film rights to the novel. Janice Daugharty can be contacted via her page on Facebook. Loves to hear from fans!
