Rosie Boycott is a journalist and author. She was educated at Cheltenham Ladies' College and then went on to study pure maths at Kent University. In the early seventies she co-founded Spare Rib magazine and Virago Press. She has worked on The Daily Mail, The Sunday Telegraph, Harpers & Queen and Esquire but is probably best known for her role as editor of The Independent on Sunday, The Independent, and The Express
