Rhonda Abrams

Author, entrepreneur, and USA Today small business columnist, Rhonda Abrams is widely recognized as one of the nation’s foremost experts on entrepreneurship and business planning.

Rhonda is the author of 19 books which have sold nearly two million copies, been translated into over 30 languages, and adopted by more than 1000 business schools. Her books include the best-selling business plan guide in the United States: Successful Business Plan: Secrets & Strategies. Other books from Rhonda that have made best-seller lists include Six-Week Start-Up, Business Plan in a Day, and Entrepreneurship: A Real World Approach.

Rhonda not only writes about entrepreneurship; she lives it. She has founded four companies – from a one-person consulting firm to an angel investor-backed Internet company. Currently, she’s President and Chief Entrepreneur of PlanningShop, a content creation company based in Silicon Valley.

Rhonda was named one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Silicon Valley and every year is named one of the Top 100 Small Business Influencers in the US. She was educated at UCLA (where she was named Outstanding Senior) and Harvard University. She lives in Palo Alto, California.
