Mark Manson

Mark Manson is an American self-help author, blogger, and entrepreneur. He is the author of MarkManson.net and several world bestselling books, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck: A Counterintuitive Approach to Living a Good Life (2016), Models: Attract Women Through Honesty (2017), Everything Is F*cked: A Book About Hope (2019), Love Is Not Enough (2020) and Will (2021) in cooperation with actor Will Smith.

According to the official web, Manson has sold over 14 million copies worldwide. His books have been translated into more than 65 languages.

"My life’s mission is to improve the public conversation around personal development and happiness. I write life advice that is science-based, pragmatic, and non-bullshitty—a.k.a., life advice that doesn’t suck," says Manson.

Manson has been published or featured in over 50 of the biggest newspapers, magazines, and television/radio shows, including NBC, CNN, Fox News, the BBC, GQ, the Guardian, Time Magazine, Larry King, Dr. Oz, the New York Times, New York Post, USA Today, Buzzfeed, Vice, and Vox, among many others.

He is also a frequent guest lecturer at leading U.S. universities. In 2022, Manson launched The Subtle Art School, a collection of video courses that deep dive into all his favorite topics that he has written before.

Mark Manson was raised in Austin, Texas. He graduated from Boston University with a degree in International Relations and Business in 2007. In the same year, he started blogging and quickly became well-known. Today, his site is read by more than 15 million people yearly.

Mark Manson currently lives with his wife in Los Angeles.
