Peter Stanway

After his miraculous conversion from a hedonistic life of crime and drug and alcohol abuse, Peter Stanway pioneered and pastored a church in Scotland for eight years, during which time he became an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. In 1997, he formed The Way Christian Ministries, which trains and disciples Christians in order to send them on foreign missions around the world. Peter writes The Gist, a free weekly teaching at www.getthegist.net, copied and used by around 70,000 people around the world. He leads a Christian training course, called Training for Life, which is used online and residentially at his Training for Life Center in Scotland.
