Andrew McDonald was born and lives in Coventry, Warwickshire. He lives with his wife and family and spends most of his time writing and working. His first book Rain was a self-published novel which was published in 2016. He has spent time writing several pieces of work for the upcoming UNIT Fannual, including an audio story and two comic strips. School for Apes is his second novel, although the first with a publishing house.
