Sam Shelstad's work has appeared in many literary journals including The Fiddlehead, PRISM international, The Puritan and McSweeney's. The title story of Cop House was a runner-up for the Thomas Morton Memorial Prize in 2014. Shelstad lives in Toronto, ON.
