Dr Keith Gaynor is a senior clinical psychologist at St John of God Hospital, Stillorgan. He has a first-class degree in psychology from UCD, and specialises in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). He regularly contributes to the media, and has written articles for a number of newspapers on the subject of mental health. In October 2013, he gave a lecture on Borderline Personality Disorder, which has been viewed over 65,000 times on YouTube and is now part of the teaching curriculum in two US universities.
