Krista is the creator of "Inspiring Transformation" and "Inspiring Transformation for Teens" two programs inspired by a time in her life when she was facilitating a group coaching session with 4 women who were all wanting to create change in their lives. Through her own personal experience coupled with her professional coaching certification, Krista successfully helps her clients consistently reach their goals.
Prior to starting her entrepreneurial career, Krista spent two decades in a corporate setting working in sales and operations. After making the decision to change her life, Krista pursued her professional dream of becoming a life coach by obtaining her certification through Coach Training Alliance. As a self described closeted talk show host, Krista creates inspirational and thought provoking videos on Facebook and You Tube. She is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and is a contributing writer for Thrive Global and Huff Post. She is a member of the TODAY Parenting Team and has been featured on numerous podcasts and media outlets. Krista has been touted as a thought leader in her field of coaching and speaking.
Along with sharing her knowledge and experience with her clients and audiences, Krista has a passion for giving back. She donates her spare time to community organizations and local schools in her Brooklyn, NY neighborhood where she lives with her husband and two boys.
