Jason Finigan

Jason Finigan was born in Bracebridge, Ontario on January 6, 1973. He grew up with his adoptive parents, living for a short time in Oakville, Ontario before moving to Burlington when he was five years old. At the age of eighteen, he graduated from Lord Elgin High School.As an avid science-fiction fan growing up, Jason immersed himself fully in the genre, watching series such as Doctor Who and Star Trek on TV as often as he could, as well as collecting and reading as many science-fiction novels as he could get his hands on—which he still has to this day. He was in fact so fascinated with the genre that he even attempted to write his own science-fiction short stories while he was in elementary school, many of which earned him high praise from his teachers.In March of 2007, Jason began writing his first science-fiction novel, Destiny's Edge.He currently lives with his boyfriend Jim in Hamilton, Ontario, where he has lived since February of 2009.
