In the past few years, I have come to develop a serious interest in Peru's cultural heritage, history, and lifestyle, especially when it comes to cuisine. The purpose of this book is to provide a historical perspective of how Chifa came to be and the impact it has had on the history and culture of Peru.

You'll also learn about two of Peru's most revered chefs, who are well recognized the world over. Along with their story, you'll also learn about some of their favorite recipes and menus of which they serve in their respective world-class restaurants.

This book also contains recipes for different kinds of meals of which you're free to try out. I've experienced the taste of some of the food in Peru, while my husband and I have engaged in preparing some of them for ourselves as well. I must tell you they are fun to prepare as long as you have all the necessary ingredients or their substitutes. Peruvian Chifa dishes offer a large variety of preparation options and menu delivery you could rely on.

In this menu, you'll find main courses, appetizers, drinks, desserts, and so on. I've tried my best to ensure the preparation process is easy and simple; just ensure you're committed to it. This selection of recipes is an interesting and popular one that gives everyone an opportunity to have a wonderful time, either for breakfast, dinner, lunch, brunch, or otherwise.

My experience helped me realize how important food is to the bonding and communication among the people.
