Timothy Sprinkle has been a full-time journalist for nearly twenty years and his work—in areas as diverse as sports, business, travel and lifestyle—has been published in more than fifty print and digital publications including Outside, , Runner's World, and many others. He is the author of Screw the Valley: A Coast-to-Coast Tour of America’s New Tech Startup Culture, as well as True Beer: Inside the Small, Neighborhood Nanobreweries Changing the World of Craft Beer. He holds a bachelor's degree from The College of William & Mary and lives in Denver, Colorado.
