Restore and Relax is a 60 minute guided restorative yoga session created specifically to induce a state of deep relaxation whilst releasing stored tension. The session contains a body scan and a series of effective held postures to identify and remove areas of tension. Restore and Relax will provide the body and mind with the time and space to rest, recharge, recover and rejuvenate.
In this restorative yoga session the poses are held whilst the body is comfortable and supported. Your body will not be pushed beyond its natural range of movement. The session will help to reduce stress and tension that is stored in the body so that your energy flow increases, your alignment and posture improves and any muscular aches and pains are reduced.
The Restore and Relax session is devised and guided by Sue Fuller and was recorded in a professional sound studio.
