This audio book was first recorded when I was still recovering from being quite ill. I used guided relaxation audios to help me get through what was a bit of an emotional roller coaster. I realised early on that because I had already learned how to meditate, I was able to get the most from the audios and get everything under control quite quickly. But I assume most people are just pushed into a situation where they suddenly feel they should try relaxation, meditation or whatever but have no idea where to start. So, they end up not getting much out of it. I have tried to make this audiobook a kind of beginner’s course to help you learn the basics and relax at the same time.

This audiobook contains nine guided relaxation sessions (lasting between 10 and 20 minutes long). Each one teaches you an aspect of meditation that will help you relax.It’s kind of a beginner course so please start at the beginning.You may want to listen to each session a few times to get the most out of it.I have tried to use more uplifting music than the usual meditation music.You cannot listen while doing anything else.
