This is a combo of 12 separate titles, which relate to the following topics:
Topic 1: We all have some creativity in us, but it seems like some people are better equipped to tap into that part of their brains. Some people naturally think outside the box. They come up with new ideas constantly.
Topic 2: There is a loop in life: We seek a reward, and we get rewarded with dopamine. This dopamine motivates us to seek more of it, and the cycle repeats itself. Such cycles can either be the basis of success and true fulfillment in life, or it can become a destructive pattern that leads someone to becoming dependent on fast fixes that turn out to be uncontrollable.
Topic 3: In psychology, the subject of intelligence has been studied and debated by many. Some of the theories that those scientists and clinicians have come up with, are laid out in this book. We will also go over intelligence screening for children, average IQ scores, signs of emotional intelligence (slightly different), Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences, and other fascinating sub-topics that relate to being smart and using your brain.
Topic 4: By now, you may have heard about the differences between regular intelligence and emotional intelligence. But what makes a person really emotionally intelligent? And why is it so important to be emotionally intelligent? Those are some of the things we will discuss in this book.
You will learn about simple ways to become more emotionally intelligent, why it is mandatory for most career paths in life, how to master your emotions through neuroscientific tools, and so on. Many of these facts and statements will be backed by clinical research and theories that have come from the great thinkers in history.
