Head of Digital Marketing
Bookmate is a social e-reading platform. Based on a subscription model we are building the global leader in mobile e-reading. We help millions of people read more, discover new books, and find friends with similar interests. Bookmate is a b2c / b2b2c product that is being actively developed both as a product and as a business already present in 18 markets across Latin America, Asia and Europe. Bookmate is growing fast and we need a Head of Digital Marketing to maintain our 3x annual rate of growth.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and leading Bookmates’ digital marketing strategy.
- Designing clear reporting & KPI systems for different functional teams and coordinating their work to achieve maximum efficiency and synergy.
- Researching new audiences, markets and insights to optimise marketing performance.
- Run a 20+ person team, manage processes, keep communication open across the team, and recruit, develop, and motivate new and current team members.
- 5+ years marketing experience in digital, preferably working for an agency or client side.
- Strong communication and management skill set, successful experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- You are not afraid of working in fast paced work environment, able to react quickly to changing business requirements and market opportunities.
